Job Responsibilities of Assistant in the Human Resources Department
1. Recruitment assistance: Execute the recruitment process, including posting job information, screening resumes, communicating with candidates and arranging interviews, assisting interviewers in recording and organizing interview feedback, and maintaining recruitment channels.
2. Employee Relations: Participate in the process of new employee onboarding procedures, introduce company policies and culture, collect employee information and update files, assist in organizing employee activities, and handle daily employee inquiries and suggestions.
3. Training support: Assist in the development and implementation of training plans, including venue arrangement, material preparation, training records, collecting employee training needs and feedback, and following up on training effectiveness evaluation.
4. Performance management: Assist in performance evaluation work, collect and organize performance data, assist in arranging performance interviews, statistically analyze performance results, and propose improvement suggestions.
5. Personnel affairs: handle attendance statistics, leave management, assist in salary calculation and welfare distribution, handle social security and housing fund procedures, and ensure compliance with personnel processes.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Educational background: No major restrictions, undergraduate graduates, priority given to majors related to human resources, business administration, psychology, etc.
2. Knowledge and skills: Familiar with the basic knowledge of human resource management, proficient in using Office software, and possessing certain data processing and analysis abilities.
3. Communication skills: Good written and oral communication skills, good at listening and communication, able to effectively coordinate the needs of all parties.
4. Learning ability: Quickly learn new knowledge and skills, adapt to the constantly changing policies and business needs in the field of human resources.
5. Teamwork: Possess a spirit of teamwork and actively cooperate with colleagues to complete various personnel tasks.
