Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for user inquiries, order follow-up, and after-sales problem handling on platforms such as Douyin, providing efficient and high-quality service;
2. Respond promptly to user private messages, comments, and live stream interactions, maintaining Brand image and user satisfaction;
3. Collect and organize user feedback to assist the operations team in optimizing products and services;
4. Handle emergencies and public opinion, respond quickly and synchronize with relevant departments;
5. Be familiar with platform rules, promptly synchronize the latest policies, and ensure compliance of services.
Job Requirements:
1. Female, aged 18-35, Bachelor's degree or above (experience can be relaxed for experienced candidates);
2. Passionate about Douyin/online ecology, familiar with live stream interaction, short video comment area management, etc.;
3. Typing speed of 60 words/minute or more, excellent communication and empathy skills, high EQ, good at chatting;
4. Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to fast-paced work, with the ability to handle emergencies;
5. Those with experience in e-commerce customer service, live stream operations, or self-media community operations are preferred;
6. Bonus points: Proficient in basic PS/video editing, familiar with the backstage operation of Douyin and other online stores.
